Hey! It's me again :D
Reporting another bug, this time it's one that soft locks you.
In the cutscene after the massage scene with mom there is a file "the_shadows.png" that doesn't load in, that isn't a problem initially because I can just press "retry" over and over again so I'm just watching the cutscenes with some stops but then the problem is in the loading screen.
The loading screen won't fully load because it's stopped by the error message so I'm basically softlocked, I saved right before talking to mom so I guess repeating that Love Love scene isn't too bad, my problem is if the bug continues :/
I'd suggest adding a save option before a cutscene at least before the full release so that people don't lose say a bigger Love Love scene that they could've maybe unlocked something in the first run but not in the second(if they reload a save).

EDIT: Just retried it and it didn't fix itself, I'm soft locked right now, any help would be appreciated '^^

Oh so that's really on me, my bad haha '^^
Emma isn't "updating" as I already upgraded Ramdo's shop(given the items) and even bought some equipment.
My save file is from chapter 2, hope you can solve these and more bugs(hopefully not too many) to make the game even greater! :D

Hello! I've just gotten my chapter 3 public release and I've been experiencing a bug with the quests: my quests aren't advancing even though I'm completing them. In the quest book I still have the quest about searching for a light in the deeper woods but I've completed that a long time ago(I'm even with Bastet in my party already). I've also done the BJ scene in the Inn and if I go back to the brothers they'll just tell me the texts from before that event(like "come to the ink tonight for a spectacle" even though I've already done that). I've gotten a problem with the Scotty at Emma's store quest, he isn't spawning there because Emma is stuck at the Ramdo's line(Grace's father) and she keeps telling me to take the picture stones to him although that's also already done. My game must have stuck at some point but I don't really understand that much so yea :/ 

EDIT: I've just realized that I have 2 Erics in his house, one downstairs and the other upstairs, the upstairs one just says his usual stuff and the downstairs one is for a mission, it's probably a minor bug and non important/game-breaking but I just wanted to report :D
EDIT2: This one might be a bit game-breaking because I just spotted a THIRD Eric in school, I spoke to him and he gave me the "The teacher's pet, part 1" quest for some reason even though I was just about to finish the part 2, I don't know what this will do with my game next but yea..

Hey dude, I got to know your work with this game and I'm pretty much loving it! Don't pressure yourself to an update, if it needs time, take time. I also saw what you did on patreon, shouting out other people's work. I appreciate that a lot and can see that you are not only a good dev but also a good person. Keep up the good work and don't be afraid to take time! This game is really promising and it would be a shame to see it crumble. Have a good one! :D

well maybe you should have done more things than just progress in main story, I played well over 6 hours without getting to an end. Stop hating on this hell of a game, because it's pretty fucking good. Rubbish comment

I think Siren is going to update other games to the end of April, so I'm assuming HoC is also getting updated, can you confirm, Siren? :D

It comes when you download the game, open the game folder, then open the folder "HELP FILES", and it's there :)

Hey Siren!
Is it normal that after I updated and transfered my save files, I can't talk to Leslie no more?
I can flirt, help with the garden and all, but I can't "normally" talk.
Is it because I ended her storyline?

EDIT: When I talk to her, it just goes back, I can try to talk to her again, but it just does the same thing.

EDIT2: It fixed itself after I played a special event(the halloween one), so if someone who's having this same error, just play a special event and it's probably going to be fine, if not, try to contact Siren :)
